Greetings,

I’m Nathan Danchisen, I started this service to share my extensive experience, abilities and vision to support your marketing projects effectively, with a quality and professionalism that will result in compelling marketing visuals to your audiences.

I have been involved in the property industry as a 3D Architectural Visualizer since 2005 and have worked at multiple top-tier studios since starting, all of which have demanded industry leading professionalism and quality. Over my career I have been fortunate enough to find my niche in creating certified imagery for VCAT and DA hearings. I also have extensive experience creating captivating marketing imagery, which I thoroughly enjoy developing.

Completing close to 200 certified projects over my time, I am well versed in the preparation of 3D renders for use as expert evidence in tribunal hearings. I feel my success in completing these types of projects can be attributed to the care, quality and attention to detail I practice when working on projects of this nature. Where many find these types of jobs problematic, I find them challenging and enjoy the pressure required to achieving an exemplary result. Over these years I have developed standards for certified imagery which make the process consistent, allowing a smooth running workflow that can be relied on.

I find technology fascinating and it’s a major passion of mine, whether building a PC or learning about new advancements in hardware. I also look forward to shifts in real-time technology and how they will shape the way we work. This is definitely something that I will introduce in the near future.
